Every Rose Has its Thorns-P3It was now around noon and Ael was finally awake. His wounds had haled for the mostpart except for a minor incision still remianing above his right hip. He woke Petal to ask her if she wanted something to eat.
"Petal, it's almost time for lunch, would you like something to eat?"
She sat up sleepily, rubbing her eyes and with a long sigh and yawn she replied, "Yes, please, I'm starving!"

Every Rose Has its Thorns-P2The next day Petal was awakened by the sound of birds chirping outside the window she sat up and rubbed her eyes and saw Ael lying in her floor. She stepped onto the soft carpeted floor and walked out into the hallway. She started towards the kitchen when she heard a strange sound. It was rather indistinct but it sounded like a crying of sorts. It was coming from up the stairs. She turned around and began walking towards the staircase at the other end of the hall. Every Rose Has its Thorns-P1This story begins in a world far different from ours. This world is a place full of darkness and death, but it isn't a place of sorrow for most, as one might expect. No infact the thought of death is smiled upon, for this is a world of vampires. Death is long awaited here for the elder because after living so long one grows tired of living in pain.This land is called Anozira which means "place of eternal ends" because while vampires are given the gift of eternal life it is also a curse of eternal pain. I think this picture perfectly conveys the concept of being emo. The stereotypical emo person cuts, and is always alone, but really, they are just people who can't express emotion like others. This picture is amazing!
